CD42 Transmitters

CDI's Pipeline Transmitter Family operate on the principles of magnetics and emit electromagnetic fields (EM) at a frequency near 22Hz.  This makes the transmitters safe and reliable for use in onshore / offshore environment and any pipeline product be it water, oil, gas or any other hydrocarbon.

The Pipeline Transmitter Family members all have pressure housings that allow them to be mounted directly in or on a pipeline pig and can withstand pressures of up to 4,000 psi.

CD42-T4 - SS for small diameter 2" to 8" Pipelines

CD42-T3 - Small transmitter for 2" to 8" pipelines

CD42-T0 - SS transmitter for 4" to 8" pipelines

CD42-T1 - Nylon transmitter for 8" to 28" pipelines

CD42-T1A - SS transmitter for 8" to 28" pipelines

CD42-T1AHP - SS transmitter for 8" to 28" pipelines
4,000 PSI capability for Hydro testing and well head pigging.

CD42-T2 - Nylon transmitter for 30" to 60" pipelines

CD42 transmitters are engranved with the type, pressure rating, part number and serial number in the transmitter housing.
